Mrs. Tennie Elizabeth Goodwin, 71, a lifelong resident of Combs died Monday evening at a Bentonville nursing home after an extended illness. She was born Oct. 24, 1897 at Delaneym the daughter of Jonas and Armilda Kirk Faubus and was a member of the Church of Christ.
She is survived by four sons, Charles Gulledge of Combs, G. C. Gulledge of U. S. Air Force in Illinois, Bobby Gulledge of St. Paul and Frank Gulledge of Kingston, Idaho; three daughters, Mrs. Drewe Davis of St. Paul, Mrs. Margery Larkin of Sherman, Tex., and Mrs. Ernestine Shepherd of Lincoln; two brothers, Cleston Faubus of Wenatchee, Wash., and Fredrick Faubus of Claremont, Calif.; a sister, Mrs. Opal Hattenhauer of Huntsville; 29 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
Funeral arrangements will be announced by Nelson;s Funeral Home.
