Allen the son of Jackie and Mozell Dulaney. Sharon the daughter of Archie Jefferson "AJ" Bristow and Elsie Magdeline (Bennett) Bristow.

Allen Dulaney, 40, of Arkansas 91 South, Walnut Ridge, died Thursday at his residence. Having worked for Westside Schools for 21 years, he was the operations director and bus driver. A member of the Church of Christ, he was a lifelong resident of the Walnut Ridge area.

Survivors include his wife, Sharon Dulaney of the home; one daughter, Mecca Dulaney of the home; his father, Jackie Dulaney of Bono; his grandmother, Juanita Dulaney of Walnut Ridge; and four brothers, Dale Dulaney of Walnut Ridge, Jerry Dulaney and Mark Dulaney, both of Jonesboro, and Greg Dulaney of Cash.

He was preceded in death by his mother and one sister.

Funeral services will be at 2 Saturday afternoon at House-Gregg Funeral Home in Walnut Ridge, with Gary Cremeens officiating. Burial will be in Lawrence Memorial Park.

Pallbearers will be Marrin Parks, Tony Jones, Jim Baugh, Larry Hicks, Roger Foreman and Clois Estes.

Honorary pallbearers will include Pam Carlisle, Cathy Holman, Deanna Smith, Debbie Spencer and Lynette Thetford.

Visitation will be from 5 this afternoon until 8 this evening at the funeral home.

The family requests that, in lieu of flowers, memorials be made to the Allen Dulaney Memorial Scholarship Fund at Union Planters Bank, Wal-Mart Supercenter on Parker Road or Westside Middle School.

Sharon (Bristow) Dulaney 24 May 1958 - 17 Mar 2017

Sharon Bristow Dulaney, 58 of Walnut Ridge, passed away Friday March 17, 2017 at the Flo & Phil Jones Hospice House in Jonesboro. She was born May 24, 1958 in Jonesboro, Arkansas to AJ and Elsie Bennett Bristow. Sharon was a lifetime resident of Lawrence County. She was married to the late Allen J. Dulaney, and after college, worked for the Skil/Bosch Corporation for 29 years.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Allen, and a daughter, Mecca.

She is survived by brother-in-law, Gregg Dulaney (Ashley) of Bono; nieces, Sophie & Shae; a nephew, Seth; sister, Peggy Capps of Hoxie; uncles, Lavell Bristow of Lynn, AR & Willie Bennett of Hoxie; and many other relatives & friends.

Visitation is 2:00PM-4:30PM Sunday March 18, 2017 in the House-Gregg Funeral Home Chapel.

There will be a private burial following at Lawrence Memorial Park under the direction of House-Gregg Funeral Home of Walnut Ridge & Lynn.
