Cindy Lawrence, age 52, of Tulip, AR went to be with the Lord, Thursday, May 8, 2014. She lost her battle with cancer at her home surrounded by family and friends. She was born May 7, 1962 in Elyria, Ohio the daughter of Opal and Herbert Godsey and Donald Brock. She is preceded in death by her parents, Opal Godsey and Herbert Godsey and Donald Brock; brother, Elvin Bradley Godsey; and sister, Nina Doneita Hyder. She is survived by her husband of 35 years, William Lawrence of Tulip, AR; two daughters, Melina Lawrence of Carthage,AR, Theresa Mosby and husband, Frederick Mosby, Jr of Redfield, AR; two sons, Buggie Lawrence and wife Dakota Lawrence of Bismarck, AR, Bradley Lawrence of Brush Creek, AR; two brothers, Garland Godsey, and Scottie Godsey and wife Cindy Godsey all of Crossville, TN; two sisters, Betty Kilby and husband Terry Kilby and Melina Ray and husband George Ray all of Crossville, TN; eight grandchildren, Kylee Lawrence, Brian Lawrence, Dominique Mosby, Autumn Lawrence, Christian Lawrence, Caleb Lawrence, Faith Mosby, and Browning Lawrence. Visitation will be 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm Sunday, May 11, 2014 at Benton Funeral Home in Fordyce, AR. Funeral services will be 10:00 am Monday, May 12, 2014 at Benton Funeral Home in Fordyce with Rev. Rick Bolin officiating. Burial will follow at Tulip Cemetery in Tulip, AR. Pallbearers are Ronnie Heath McDaniel, James Fitzhugh, George "Dutch" Godsey, James "Jody" McCann, Nathan Ray, and Ronnie McDaniel. Honorary pallbearers are Thomas "T.J."
