Ms. Mary Kathryn Downs, age 84, of Ash Flat, AR died on Tuesday, January 5, 2016 at the Ash Flat Nursing and Rehab Center. She was born in Vilonia, AR on December 15, 1931 to the late Paul and Rozelle Simpson Downs.
Ms. Downs was a member of the Hardy United Methodist Church. She was a broker with the Ozark Acres Real Estate Company and served as manager for the Ozark Acres Water Company for many years.
Survivors include: one sister, Carol Sharp of Green Valley, AZ; one brother, Paul Mike Downs of Florida; two nieces and three nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents and one sister Elizabeth Jolly.
No services are planned at this time, inurnment will be in the Vilonia Cemetery at a later date.
