Juanita (mom, granny, jon) Lawless departed her earthly home to be re-united with her husband (sis), grandson (JR), and many other relatives and friends she has loved and cared for over her many years. Her journey home began Sunday evening January 15, 2017 shortly past 6PM, but only took an instant unlike her earthly journey of 98 years.
She began her journey in Franklin County (Ozark) on October 20, 1918; Born to the late Charley and Hettie Rowe. She had three brothers, Millard, Lee and Harold which have preceded her.
Remaining to rejoice in her life and saddened by her absence are sons Charles and Ray; a grandson Chuck; great-grandchildren Autumn and Lucas; numerous other grandchildren, great-grandchildren, special nieces and nephews, along with friends and caregivers.
Funeral service will be held 10:00 AM Wednesday, January 18, 2017, at Shaffer Funeral Home Chapel in Ozark with Reverend Ted Darling officiating and burial at Highland Cemetery under direction of Shaffer Funeral Home.
Serving as pallbearers are Bob Harmon, Jim and John Noggle, Paul Jenkins, Randy Boren, John Mark Baily. Honorary pallbearers are nephews.
