Jimmy Ray Bell, 67, of Conway, passed away Saturday, March 6, 2010.
He was born March 15, 1942 in Conway to the late Cecil Mauring Bell and Bertha J. Tyler Bell.
He was preceded in death by a brother Jerry Bell.
He was a member of the Baptist faith and former Director of the Faulkner County Office of Emergency Management.
He is survived by his wife of 47 years Brenda Brown Bell of Conway; son, Matthew Bell and wife Jennifer of Conway; daughter, Jennifer Cansler and husband DeWayne of Donaldson; 5 grand-children, Kyla Shirley, Sarah Cansler, Mason Cansler, William Bell, Lauren Bell; 2 brothers, Michael Bell of Greenbrier and John Bell of Little Rock.
Funeral services were held at Roller-McNutt Funeral Home, Conway, with burial in Oak Grove Cemetery.
Brenda Gayle Brown Bell, 70, of Conway went to be with her Lord and Savior on Wednesday, Aug. 12, 2015. She was born September 2, 1944 in California to the late Cuba and Nelda (Purtle) Brown.
Mrs. Bell graduated from Conway High School in 1962 and enjoyed working in the Conway Public School system for many years prior to retirement.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 47 years, Jimmy Bell of Conway and her brother, Kenneth Brown of Albuquerque, New Mexico.
She is survived by her daughter, Jennifer Canlser and husband Dewayne of Jonesboro; her son, Matt Bell and wife Jennifer of Conway; grandchildren Kyla Burgess, Sarah Cansler, Mason Cansler, William Bell and Lauren Bell. Other survivors include 3 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews, and a host of extended family.
Funeral services will be 10am Saturday, August 15, 2015 at Roller-McNutt Funeral Home chapel. Burial will follow in Oak Grove cemetery. Visitation will be Friday, August 14, 2015 from 6-8pm at the funeral home.
Pallbearers are Michael Bell, John Bell, Chris Bell, Matt Bell, William Bell and Mason Cansler.
