Norma M. Rowlett, 97, of Quitman died Sunday, June 27, 2010.

She was born March 19, 1913 in Quitman to the late James Fletcher Wilson and Ella C. (Atkinson) Wilson. She was also preceded in death by her husband, William Rowlett; one brother, Jethran Wilson; and two sisters, Nora Moore and Vivian Bivens.

She was a homemaker and retired from the Conway Human Development Center (CHDC). She was a member of the Quitman Church of Christ.

She is survived by three children: daughter, Marie Rowlett of Quitman; son, Wilson Rowlett of Rogers; son, Jerry Rowlett of Galveston, Ind.; nine grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, 10 great great-grandchildren; and by one brother, Herman Horace Lee Wilson of Conway.

Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Roller-McNutt Funeral Home in Greenbrier with Sam Tyler officiating. Interment will follow at Old Texas Cemetery in Guy.

Visitation will be Tuesday from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the funeral home.

Pallbearers are her grandsons, Justin Woodall, David Woodall, Richard Woodall, David C. Woodall, Chaice Woodall, Winston Woodall, Brian Rowlett, Billy Rowlett, Doug Rowlett, Steve Rowlett, William Rowlett, and Michael Rowlett.
