FARMINGTON — Ruth M. Rouse, 87, of Farmington died Dec. 11, 2000, at Hillcrest Rehabilitation Nursing Canter in Prescott. She was born Nov. 16, 1913, in Fayetteville to Fred Wallace and Grace Adele Swaggerty Mayes. She was a homemaker and was an employee of Woolworth for 16 years. She was a member of the Farmington Church of Christ. Her husband, Omer Rouse, preceded her in death on April 2, 1988.

Survivors include two daughters, Betty Cloer of Prescott and Patricia Boudra of Houston, Texas; five grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Farmington Church of Christ. Burial will be in Farmington Cemetery under the direction of Moore's Chapel in Fayetteville.

Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday at Moore's.
