*Obituary
Verlin C. "Papa" Vinson, 88, of North Little Rock, a retired maintenance man at Rose City Cotton Oil Mill and a member of Oakwood Baptist Church, died Monday, March 20, 2000.
Preceded in death by his sons, Bobby and Bill, his parents and two brothers, he is survived by his wife of 68 1/2 years, Daisy Hoover Vinson; son, Harry L. Vinson and wife, Janet of North Little Rock; sister, Alma Bears of Morrilton; brother, Earl Vinson of Benton; daughter-in-law, Juanita Vinson of North Little Rock; eight grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Thursday, March 23,2000 at North Little Rock Funeral Home Chapel by Brother Lonnie Autry.
Burial was at Oak Grove Cemetery in Conway
