When Herbert Octavus Moore was born about 1870, in Arkansas, his father, Nathaniel, was 48 and his mother, Eliza, was 36. He had two sons and three daughters with Lizzie Pierson. He then married Georgia P Moore and they had seven children together. He died in 1925 in Conway, Arkansas, at the age of 55.
