FAYETTEVILLE — Donna Jean Gardner, 46, of Fayetteville died Aug. 3, 2004, at Washington Regional Medical Center in Fayetteville. She was born March 18, 1958, in Little Rock to Dr. Arthur F. and Theresa Hardesty Moore. She moved to Fayetteville in 1959. She attended St. Joseph's Catholic School, Ramay and Fayetteville High School. She was a computer technician at the University of Arkansas for 20 years. She enjoyed sports and reading books on tape.
Survivors include her husband of 27 years, Lynn Gardner of the home; two brothers, Dr. Dwight Moore of Emporia, Kan., and Douglas Moore of Fayetteville; two sisters, Debbie Daily of Fayetteville and Dr. Deedee Moore of Washburn, Mo.; her mother of Fayetteville.
Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Son's Chapel Cemetery with the Rev. Paul Worm officiating. Arrangements are by Beard's Funeral Chapel in Fayetteville.
The family request memorials be made to the Library for the Blind and P.H., 1 Capital Mall, Little Rock, 72201.
