Mrs. Angilene Roach Browning, 80, wife of Will T Browning, 541 Grove St., died Monday (May 2, 19660 at Memorial Hospital.
Death was attributed to a heart attack. Mrs. Browning was stricken Saturday and removed to the hospital.
She was born Sept. 13, 1885 at Attwood, Tenn., a daughter of Dr. John C. and Lydia Younger Roach. She lived in Conway 42 years.
Her marriage occurred May 21, 1907.
She was a member of First Methodist Church.
Other survivors include three sons, Leslie Browning of Lake Charles La., and John Roach Browning and Blake T. Browning of Conway; two daughters, Mrs. B. W. McFall of Pine Bluff and Mrs. David M. Doyle of Conway; seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday at First Methodist Church by Dr. Joel A. Cooper, the Rev. Worth W. Gibson and the Rev. C. N. Guice. Burial was in Oak Grove Cemetery by Doolin Funeral Homes.
Pallbearers named were Fletcher Smith, Jr., Jack Thompson, H. Lee Yarbrough, Leo Crafton, Jr., William D. Norman and William J Farris. Honorary pallbearers; Gregory Selig, Clyde A. Paulk, Dr. William M. Harton, Robert M. McHenry, Lee Farve, Kr Keller Lieblong, William D. Ketcheside, Theo Thessing, Fritz Simon, Edward E. Camp, S. T. Smith, Jr., Gallatin Smith, Earl F. Rogers, Roger Meador, Collins Isom, Dr. Homer Wilkins, Thomas Mills, Sam Woodward, Coy W. Gentry, Cleo C. Yargrough, Sam Hoover, Dr George M. Hoover, Ernest Halter and members of the Official Board of First Methodist Church.
