Judson "J.D." Sellers, 80, of Smackover, died at his home Thursday afternoon following a lengthy illness. He was born in Harrell, Ark., Oct. 1, 1888, the son of John and Haskell Williams Sellers and was a member of the Assembly of God Church. Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Lottie M. Sellers; two sons, Homer Sellers, Smackover, and Omer Sellers, Dallas, Tex. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Rumph Mortuary. (El Dorado Times - November 22, 1968)
