Myrtle Cobb, 94, of Tuckerman, Ark., died Monday at her residence.
Mrs. Cobb was a former resident of Corning, Ark. She attended Immanuel Baptist Church in Newport, Ark. She was a retired nurse's aid and enjoyed quilting.
She was the daughter of Dennis Onley Owens and Elnora (Shepard) Owens, and was first married to Byron Cox and later to Clyde Cobb, both of whom preceded her in death.
Survivors include four daughters, Magalean Wheetley of Corning, Ark., Ona Mae Pulliam and Kay Branum, both of Naylor and Vivian Morgan of Tuckerman, Ark.; three sons, Leamon Cox of Fort Wayne, Ind., Thomas Cobb of Dalton, Ga. and Lorn Cobb of Arlington, Texas; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren and great-great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 6 to 9 p.m. Thursday at Ermert Funeral Home in Corning, Ark. The funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Friday in the funeral chapel with the Rev. Billy Ed Morris officiating. Burial will be in the Corning Cemetery.
