Mr. Billy Gene Allyn, 85, of Knobel, AR., passed away Tuesday at Flo and Phil Jones Hospice House in Jonesboro, AR.
Mr. Allyn was a self-employed farmer. He enjoyed hunting and fishing. He was a non-denominational Christian.
He married his wife Nina (Miller) Allyn on November 4, 2004, she survives. Other survivors include eight step-children Norma Mathis of Tampa, FL., Paul Wright, Jr. of Tampa, FL., Steven Wright of Blue Point, NY., Teresa Ryan of Saint Peters, FL., David Wright of Westminster, CO., Tony Wright of Corning, AR., Deborah Crump of Jacksonville, AR., Terry Wright of Eugene, OR.; two sisters Betty Mansker of Corning, AR., Barbara Woolard of Corning, AR.; several step-grand-children and step-great-grand-children.
He was preceded in death by his first wife Anita Allyn; his parents Sidney and Ola Mae (Scott) Allyn; two brothers Jim Allyn, Bob Allyn; two sisters Lula Mae McElyea and Peggy Tafoya.
Funeral services were in the Ermert Funeral Home Chapel with burial in the Corning Cemetery.
