Doyne Simpson, 86, of Piggott, died Sunday, May 22, 2011, in Jonesboro.
He was born Dec. 13, 1924, to the late Edward and Hettie Haywood Simpson.
Survivors include his wife, Lorene Morris Simpson of Rector; a nephew, Carl Lovelady of Greenway; a great-nephew, Scott Lovelady of Sulphur Rock; a niece, Brandi Scarborugh; and several other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Arrangements were by: Irby Funeral Home chapel in Rector. Interment was in the Woodland Heights Cemetery in Rector.
Evelyn Lorene Simpson, 93 of Piggott, Arkansas, passed away March 30, 2015, at the Piggott Community.
Hospital. She was born June 15, 1921, to the late Jeff and Ruby (Bradberry) Morris.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband: Doyne Simpson and a
sister: Claudine Ginsburg.
She is survived by two sisters: Kathleen Brown and Vera Mowery of Piggott.
Services were at the Irby Funeral Home in Rector.
