Mrs (Roy) Delphia (Smelser) Meadows the daughter of Jasper Marion Smelser and Pearl Novelle Smelser. Delphia (Smelser) Meadows the first wife of Roy Elmer Meadows, Sr.
Roy Elmer Meadows, Sr. (b. 1904; d. 1975) was first married to Delphia Smelser. His second wife, Bernice T. Seal, died on 17 Nov 1993. Roy and Bernice were interred at Whittaker Cemetery.
