Mrs. Jessie Eugenia Kibler, 79, died Saturday in a local nursing home. Born in Hattiesburg, Miss., Dec. 24, 1890, she was the daughter of Eugene and Alice Murray Dulton. She was a member of Norphlet Chapter 506 of the Order of Eastern Star and was past Matron of the Champagnolle Chapter 522 of the Order of Eastern Star. She was also a member of Calion Baptist Church. Survivors include two sons, Howard Kibler, Vivian, La. and P. H. Kibler, Birmingham, Ala.; two daughters, Mrs. E. S. Moffett, Tyler, Tex., and Mrs. Helen Holt, Calion; a sister, Mrs. A. E. Etzold, Gulfport, Miss.; a brother, David Daulton, Gulfport, Miss.; 10 grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. Funeral services were at 2 p.m. Monday in Young's Chapel with the Rev. M. R. Rainbolt and the Rev. Ralph Mann officiating. Burial followed in Arlington Cemetery under the direction of Young's. The family will be at the Helen Holt residence in Calion. Active pallbearers were Kenneth P. Hendrickson, Larry J. McCathran, O. D. Daniels, Steven Moffett, R. D. Walker, and Gene Epps. (El Dorado Times - January 19, 1970)
