Wendell's parents were Troy and Lala C. Laird Parrish; JoAnn's parents were Willie Russ and Lorene (Howdyshell) Cain.
Tishia JoAnn Parrish, 75 of Hoxie; passed away February 24, 2016 at her residence.
Born October 29, 1940 in Walnut Ridge; daughter of Willie Russ and Lorene Howdyshell Cain. She was a previous manager of the Sterling Store in Paragould and retired from Walmart Shoe department.
She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Wendell Lavell Parrish; one sister and a brother.
Survivors include a son, Shawn (Christy) Parrish of Hoxie; two granddaughters, Whitlee (Barton) Reithemeyer of Hoxie and Leslee (Blake) Everett of Yazoo, MS; one great grandson, Judah Reithemeyer; and many other relatives and friends.
Graveside service will be Friday, February 26, 2016 at 2:30 PM in the Lawrence Memorial Park with Chad Robinson officiating. Pallbearers will be Barton Reithemeyer, Blake Everett, Heath Miller, Russ, Butch and Willis Cain.
Visitation will be before the service from 1PM till 2PM in the Bryan Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to be made to help find the cure for Alzheimer’s Disease.
