James Cobb, 63, of Burdette, Arkansas died at his home Wednesday, March 10, 2010.
He was born in Reverie, Tennessee on October 7, 1946. A retired farmer, he was the son of Bo and Celine (Booth) Cobb.
Other than his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of 32 years, Dianna (Crouch) Cobb and one brother, Robert Cobb.
James is survived by sons: Bobby Cobb of Burdette and James Cobb, Jr. of Sacramento, California; daughter, Marie Cobb of California; grandchildren: Margaret Garzoli and Zabrina Cobb; brothers: Dean Cobb of Zapata, Texas and Buck Cobb of Bassett, Arkansas; and sisters: Becky Cobb of Nashville, Tennessee; Linda Osborne of Pangburn; and Brenda Edlemon of Joiner.
Pallbearers will be Kerry Crouch, Bubba Crouch, Danny Crouch, Ed Brown, Al Morgan, and Chris Loven.
Graveside services were held at Ward Cemetery in Strawberry, Arkansas under the direction of Roller-Crouch-McGee Funeral Home of Cave City.

Dianna Crouch Cobb, 52, of Burdette died Monday, July 19, 2004 at her home.
She was born January 13, 1952 in Batesville and was the daughter of Jack and Lillie Mae Clem Crouch. She was of the Pentecostal Faith and a homemaker.
She is survived by her husband, James Cobb, three sons, Stevie Wages of Memphis, Bobby Cobb and Guy Osborne both of Burdette; five daughters, Tracey Wages of Memphis, Deanna Osborne, Latosha Osborne, Cynthia Osborne and Hattie Osborne all of Burdette. Other survivors include her four brothers, Jackie Crouch of Illinois, Mackie Crouch of Osceola, Danny Crouch of Cave City and Kerry Crouch of Strawberry, one grandchild, Amy Lynn Osborne and several nieces and nephews.
Her parents preceded her in death.
Pallbearers will be Fred Crouch, Mark Crouch, Tim Crouch, George Carter, Gene Coleman, and Gary West.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, July 21, at the Roller-Crouch-McGee Funeral Home Chapel in Cave City.
Visitation will be Tuesday, July 20, 2004 from 5 to 8 p.m.
Burial will be in Ward Cemetery in Strawberry.
