Azalea Little, 88 of Tulsa, OK, passed away Thursday, May 21, 2015. She was born May 16, 1927, to Ellie Smith Taliaferro and Eugene N. Taliaferro in Litroe, LA.

She married William T. Little in 1945, and they moved to El Dorado in 1947. Azalea was an officer in the Ladies Golf Association at the El Dorado Country Club, Active in the First United Methodist Church. She was an officer in the United Methodist Women, Open Door Sunday School Class and served on the Altar Committee, Fellowship of the Sent, Wednesday Family Night, and was a Girl Scout Leader. Azalea moved to a retirement community in Tulsa, OK, in 2009.

Preceding her in death were her parents; husband, Bill Little; and six siblings.

The ninth of eleven children, she is survived by four sisters, Mable Little and June Eudy, both of North Little Rock, Fern and Jimmy Newsom of Dubach, LA, and Patsy Brunson of Jacksonville, FL; two daughters, Sharon L. Kell, of Houston, TX and Vicky L. Ward and her husband, Ken of Tulsa, OK; three grandchildren, Kimberly Kell, Trey Kell and his wife, Angeline, and Kirsten Ward Cook and her husband, Bryan; and two great grandchildren, Alexandra and George Kell IV.

Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m., Friday, May 29, 2015, at First United Methodist in El Dorado with Rev. Keith Dodson officiating.
