Revell Bristow, 82 of Hoxie; passed away August 31, 2018 at the Beebe Nursing Home in Beebe.
Born May 9, 1936 in Lynn; son of Archie and Myrtle Orrick Bristow. He was united in marriage to Marie Stephens on August 25, 1960. He had served two years in the Army and twenty nine years as a National Guard Member and he also worked as a local self-employed Brick Mason.
He is preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Marie; five brothers, Red, Garland, A.J., Willie and Leaman; and one infant sister.
Survivors include two sons, Brent (Heather) Bristow of Beebe and Wayne Bristow of Walnut Ridge; one daughter, Lavonda (Russell) Dunavion of Tuckerman; three granddaughters, Katlynne Houston, Stephanie and Samantha Dunavion; and many other relatives and friends.
Funeral Service will be Thursday, September 6, 2018 at 2 P.M. in the Bryan Chapel with Jason Goad officiating.
Interment will follow in the Ward Cemetery near Strawberry with Military Honors.
Visitation will be Wednesday evening from 6 P.M. till 8 P.M.

Marie Bristow, 66, of Hoxie, died Sept. 21, 2010, at St. Bernards in Jonesboro.
Born Jan. 31, 1844, at Strawberry, she was the daughter of John W. and Sybil Whitmire Stephens. She was a factory employee and a member of the Assembly of God Church.
Survivors include her husband, Revell Bristow, whom she married Aug. 25, 1960; two sons, Wayne Bristow, Walnut Ridge, and Brent Bristow, Beebe; a daughter, Lavonda Dunavion, Tuckerman; a brother, Gerald Stephens, Rockford, Ill.; and two grandchildren, Stephanie Dunavion and Samantha Dunavion.
Funeral is Thursday at 2 p.m. at Bryan Funeral Home with A.J. Stracener officiating. Burial will be in Ward Cemetery.
Visitation is tonight from 6-8 p.m.
