SPRINGDALE — Charles M. Cameron, 89, of Springdale died June 27, 2013, in Springdale. He was born Dec. 20, 1923, in Subiaco, Ark., to W.H. and Osie Mosley Cameron.

He was a WWII Army veteran and member of Robinson Avenue Church of Christ. After coming to Springdale, he was a home builder and later opened Cameron's Jeans-N-Things on Emma Avenue. In his later years, he enjoyed his garden, time spent with grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren, and his 2 p.m. coffee time at Neal's with the boys.

He was preceded in death by his wife of 64 years, Lois Cameron.

He is survived by one son, Danny Cameron of Atlanta, Ga.; three daughters, Kay Smith and husband, George, of Florida, Suzanne Cameron of Eureka Springs, and Jean Earp and husband, Harlon, of Springdale; six grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Monday, July 1, 2013, at Sisco Funeral Chapel of Springdale, with family friend Pastor Jack McCarty officiating. Private family burial will follow.

Visitation will be today, June 30, 2013, from noon to 3 p.m. at the funeral home.

Memorials may be made to the Schmieding Center, Senior Education Care Giving Program, 2422 N. Thompson, Suite B, Springdale, AR 72764.

SPRINGDALE — Lois B. Cameron, 82, of Springdale, died April 13, 2007, at Washington Regional Medical Center.

She was born Oct. 11, 1924, in Paris to Robert and Ella Cummins Hampton.

She was a homemaker and a member of the Robinson Avenue Church of Christ.

Survivors include husband Charles Cameron of the home, whom she married July 9,1941; son Dan Cameron of Atlanta; daughters Kay Smith and husband George of Florida, Suzanne Harned and husband Dwight of North Little Rock, and Jean Earp and husband Harlon of Springdale; six grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Sisco Funeral Chapel of Springdale with Gary Frazier officiating. Burial will be in the Friendship Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 p.m. today at the funeral home. Pallbearers are Eric Stout, Chris McCaslin, Kris Smith, John McDaniel, Kip Smith and Dan Cameron.

Honorary Pallbearers are Karl Martens, J.T. Jones, Charles Coward, James Cantrell and Bobby Martens. Memorials may be made to the Robinson Avenue Church of Christ, 1506 West Robinson Ave., Springdale 72764.
