Bob V. Wilcox 74 of Springhill died peacefully with his loving family at his side, Tuesday (Dec. 20, 2005). He was born January 18, 1931 in Springhill to the late Hub and Sybil Wilcox. He was a longtime Faulkner County business man and cattleman. He was a member of the American Braford Association, a Navy Veteran and a lifelong member of Springhill Baptist Church.
He is survived by his wife Joyce Wilcox, three sons, Mike and Randy both of Springhill and Herbie of Conway, one sister, Mildred Hooker of Las Cruces, New Mexico, one sister in law, Emogene Leach of Jonesboro, six grandchildren and two great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a sister, Helen Tidwell and a brother Jack Wilcox.
Services are 11:00 a.m. Friday at Springhill Baptist Church with burial in Springhill cemetery with Bro. Ed Stephenson and Bro. Freddie Mark Wilcox officiating.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Roller-McNutt Funeral home in Greenbrier.
