Dorothy Hellen Freeman, 83, of Greenbrier, passed from this life on Friday, June 7, 2013. Born in Enola, Arkansas, on August 8, 1929, she was a daughter of Hillary R. and Vera (Keathley) Fowler. Dorothy will be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother, she was a member of McGintytown Church of God. Mrs. Freeman was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Farrell Lee Freeman; a son, Jimmy Freeman; two grandchildren: Ricky Wayne Freeman and Arron Wesley Freeman; sisters, Marie Gifford, Hazel Holeman, Mildred Holeman and Lena Baldwin and one brother Robbie Fowler.
Those left to cherish her memory, are her children: Helen Mode and husband Steve, Douglas Freeman and wife Paula, Neal Freeman and Kenneth Freeman and wife Austine, all of Greenbrier; twelve grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren and numerous extended family and friends.
The family sends special thank to Arkansas Hospice, Conway Regional Home Care, Birdie Hartwick and Hattie Rainey for the loving care given their mother.
Services will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Monday, June 10,2013 at Roller McNutt Funeral Home in Greenbrier, with Tom New officiating. Interment will follow at Henderson Cemetery, near Greenbrier, with Christopher Freeman. Shannon Mode, Tim Blake, Scott Blake, Donnie Freeman and David Freeman serving as pallbearers. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.
