Mrs. Susie Holmes Nowlin, 82, of Hampton died Tuesday in an El Dorado hospital. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday in the Hampton Immanuel Baptist Church. Burial will be in Means Cemetery under the direction of Proctor Funeral Home. Mrs. Nowlin was a member of the Immanuel Baptist Church of Hampton and a life-long resident of Hampton. She is survived by four daughters, Mrs. Trudy Cooper, Atlanta, Mrs. Barbara Dempsey, Atlanta, Mrs. Florence Nicolini, Hampton, and Mrs. Christine Dunn, Hampton; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.
