Wiley Oscar Holt, 86, died Friday evening at his home, 123 S. Duncan St. He was born April 15, 1875 at Baldwin, the son of Alph and Rachael Johnson Holt, and operated a transfer business in Fayetteville for a number of years. He was a member of the First Christian Church

Survivors are his widow, Edna Rude Holt of the home, one daughter, Mrs. Jessie Belle Mosby, Fayetteville; two sons, Wiley E. Holt, Springdale, and CWO Richard Lee Holt Sr., Fort Wainwright, Alaska; one sister, Mrs. Claudia Armstrong, August, Ga.; 10 grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday at Moore's Chapel. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery.

Funeral services for Wiley O. Holt, 86, who died last Friday at his home in Fayetteville, were conducted Monday at Moore's Chapel by the Rev. James Rainwater, assisted by the Rev. Earl Hughes. Burial was in Evergreen Cemetery.

Pallbearers, all grandsons, were Warren Mosby, Charles Mosby, Richard L. Holt, Jr., Wylie B. "Joe" Holt, Edgar Wayne Holt, and Clell Holland.

Mrs. Edna Josephine Holt, 85, of 271 S. Duncan St., died Wednesday in a local hospital. Born Oct. 17, 1881 at Cherryvale, Kan., the daughter of Edwin and Rebecca Rude, she was a member of the First Christian Church and the widow of Wylie O. Holt.

Survivors include two sons, Richard L. Sr. of Fayetteville and Wylie E. of Springdale; one daughter, Mrs. Jessie Mosby of Fayetteville; one sister, Mrs. Ethel Timbrook of Fullerton, Calif.; 10 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.

Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Moore's Chapel with burial in Evergreen Cemetery.
