ROGERS — Antonia E. Novak, 77, passed away April 5, 2011. She was born Aug. 3, 1933 in Debrecen, Hungary, to the late Josef Derdak and Margit Toth (Vargo). She was the loving wife of the late Laszlo Novak Sr.
She and her husband immigrated to Denver, Colo., in 1960. They relocated to Rogers, Ark., in 1972.
She was a member of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church in Rogers.
Antonia loved to cook and bake for her family and friends.
She survived by her two sons, Laszlo 'Les" Novak Jr. of Bentonville and Joseph Novak of Rogers; and a niece, Ildi Derdak of San Jose, Calif.
She is predeceased by her mother Margit Toth in 1990; and her husband, Laszlo G. Novak in 1997.
Mrs. Novak's funeral service will be in Rollins Funeral Home Chapel, Friday, April 8, 2011, at 11 a.m. Burial to know at St. Vincent Cemetery.
Visitation will be Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m.
