Mrs. Annie Lancaster, aged 71, of Stephens, died Saturday at the home of a daughter, Mrs. Earl Sanders of Plain Dealing. Mrs. Lancaster was a lifelong resident of Ouachita County and was a member of the Church of Christ in Stephens. Other survivors include a son, R. H. Lancaster, Jr., of Oregon; two other daughters, Mrs. Dean Thomas of Pine Bluff and Mrs. Denver Robinson of West Memphis; three brothers, William Riddick of Stephens, Herbert Riddick of Crowley, La., and Abner Riddick of Vivian, Ga.; five sisters, Mrs. Jerry Merritt of Stephens and Mrs. Ora Odams, Mrs. Dixie Brigham, Mrs. Josie White and Mrs. Bernie Lee Rogers, all of Troy (Ouachita County), and 11 grandchildren. Funeral was at 2 p.m. Monday at the Church of Christ here by Leon Watson and Weldon Hatcher. Burial was at Riddick Cemetery at Troy by Forbis Funeral Service of Camden.
