Obituary
Resident of San Jose
Age 79 of San Jose passed peacefully on 8/1/2011 in L.V, Nv. Born in Stuttgart, Arkansas. Phyllis raised her family in San Jose. She loved bowling and traveling, family and friends. Survived by Richard Fairbanks, daughter, Jennifer Gorman, son, Charles Fairbanks, daughter Lynn Rinehart, husband Brian, Grandsons Brad and Brett Rinehart , her dog, JC, and many long-time friends.
Phyllis was loving, generous, courageous.
Lone Tree Cemetery in Stuttgart, AK is her final resting place.
