Marvin Dale Ford, 60, of Rogers died Tuesday, Nov. 29, 1994, at his home.

Born March 21, 1934, at Lowell, a son of Dallas A. and Laura L. Garvin Ford, he was a lifetime resident of the area. He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Rogers, a member of the Genealogy Library and a member of Stake Missionary. He was a volunteer firefighter for the Piney Point-Lookout Fire Department.

Survivors are his wife, Kathy Ford of the home; two sons, Vernon Dale Ford of Rogers and Gregory Allan Ford of Hindsville; five daughters, Lela Ann Ruiz of Bentonville, B. Kay Evans of Rogers, Regina Melton of Noel, Mo., Karen Farr of Hindsville and Mary Elder-Tresner of Rogers; his mother of Lowell; eight brothers, Darrell Ford of Rogers, Glenn Ford of Springdale, Allan Ford of Anaheim, Calif., Lane Ford of Hot Springs, Carl Ford of Anaheim, Calif., Dallas Ford of Haskell, Okla., Gerald Ford of Westville, Okla., and Clinton Ford of Lowell; two sisters, Louise Garvin of Lowell and Lillian Brown of Idaho Falls, Idaho; and 27 grandchildren.

The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Friday at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Rogers with Neil Jarvis officiating. Burial will be in Benton County Memorial Park Cemetery in Rogers.

Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. today at the Rollins Funeral Home in Rogers.

ROGERS — Alice Kathy Ford Higgins, 69, of Rogers died June 11, 2008, at her home. She was born June 29, 1938, in Jonesboro to Ora Oland Caldwell and Goldie Beatrice Garman Caldwell.

She retired from Emerson Electric Co. after 25 years. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Little Flock Ward.

She was preceded in death by her husbands, Marvin Dale Ford and Donald Eugene Higgins and two grandsons, Christopher Melton and Dakota Keaton.

Survivors include her children, Vernon Dale Ford and wife Becky of Rogers, Lela Ann Ruiz and husband Caesar of Bentonville, Beatrice Kay Evans of Rogers, Regina Lynn Melton and husband Dewayne of Noel, Mo., Gregory Allan Ford and wife Sonya of Cuba, Mo., Karen Janell Farr and husband Kenneth of Springdale and Mary Alice Tresner and husband Dennis of Alaska; five sisters, Billie Snyder of Pea Ridge, Vernadine Renfro of Pea Ridge, Vernice Wimmer of Rogers, Barbara McCrary of Pea Ridge and Jessie Staggs of Pea Ridge; 29 grandchildren; 54 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Rollins Funeral Home in Rogers, online at www.mem.com.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Little Flock Ward. Burial will follow in Benton County Memorial Park.

Memorials may be made to Circle of Life Hospice, 901 Jones Road, Springdale.
