ROGERS — Chester Hugh Ingles, 94, of Rogers died Sept. 21, 1999, at his home.

He was born Aug. 18, 1905, in Mulberry Grove, Ill., to John A. and Mable Grace Pigg Ingles.

He was a corrosion engineer for Shell Oil Co. and Cities Service Oil Co., before retiring to Rossario, Argentina, where he was an inspection consultant for PASA.

He was a member of Fellowship Bible Church, and he was a Boy Scout leader for many years.

He enjoyed golfing and fishing.

Survivors include his wife, Ethel Ingles, to whom he was married Jan. 31, 1931; two daughters, Mary Lee Ramer of Gravette and Nancy Hays of Hohenwald, Tenn.; six grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Fellowship Bible Church with Dr. Robert Cupp, Dr. Jake Phillips and Mickey Rapier officiating.

Burial will be in Benton County Memorial Park in Rogers.

Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. today at Rollins Funeral Home in Rogers.

Memorials may be made to Fellowship Bible Church Building Fund, or Boy Scout Troop 777, 208 E. Pleasant Grove Road, Rogers, 72758.

GRAVETTE — Ethel Angeline Ingles, 95, of Gravette died March 9, 2004. She was born June 6, 1908, in Alton, Ill., to George W. and Cora Belle Scott Shewmake. She earned a nursing degree from St. Joseph's Hospital School of Nursing at age 19. She and her husband moved to Gary, Ind., and later retired to Argentina. They returned to the states in 1968 and moved to Rogers. In 1998, and moved to Gravette, before moving to Concordia Care Canter in Bella Vista. She was a member of Fellowship Bible Church in Lowell. She was preceded in death by her husband, Chester Hugh Ingles, and one son, Charles Douglas Ingles.

Survivors include two daughters, Mary Ramer and husband Lester of Gravette and Nancy Grace Hays and husband Roger of Hohenwald, Tenn.; six grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.

Services will be at 2:30 p.m. Friday at Rollins Funeral Home in Rogers with Jake Phillips and George Engle officiating.

Burial will be in Benton County Memorial Park in Rogers with Robert Cupp officiating.

Pallbearers will be LeRoy Beiler, Larry Mortin, Doug Zimpel, Eli Miller, Jim Flemister and Bruce Baltruscb.

Visitation will be from 7 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Memorials may be made to Boy Scout Troop 777, c/o Fellowship Bible Church, Lowell, 72745.
