*Obituary
Last Thursday morning about 10 o'clock, Mrs. Sam Bright of this city, died. Her mother, Mrs. G. M. Franks, died Saturday morning about 1:30, Mrs. Bright was buried at Harmony Friday, and her mother was buried there Saturday. Mrs. Franks was 71 years of age and leaves several children and a husband to mourn her death. Mrs. Bright leaves a husband and 4 children. Rev. Durham conducted the funeral services for both. The many friends of Uncle Tip Franks sympathize with him in the loss of his long life helpmate. Mr. Bright has the sympathy of the entire town in the loss of his loved one, and they can only ask the great Father above to guide him in the rearing of the little motherless children left to his care.
