George W. Harmon Dies in Oklalhoma
George W. Harmon, 87, died at the home of his daughter, Mrs. H. E. Richardson at McAlester, Okla., at 5 o'clock Sunday afternoon. Mr. Harmon was a native of Washington county and had lived in the county most of his life.
Funeral services will be conducted, Tuesday at 2 p.m. at White Oak cemetery.
Mr. Harmon is survived by one son, John Harmon of Joplin, Mo., and five daughters; Mrs. J.W. Mustain and Mrs. Ivan McCann of Pomeroy, Wash.; Mrs. O.A. Drapper of Robinson; Mrs. O.L. Andrews of Fayetteville, and Mrs. Richardson of McAlester. Fifteen grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and three half-brothers also survive.
