Freda Wanda Haile, 80, of Springdale passed away Tuesday, April 24, 2007, surrounded by her loving family.
She was born Jan. 24, 1927, in Bryant, the daughter of Wilmer and Lida Mansfield Young. She was preceded in death by her husband of 55 years, Talmadge Haile and a daughter, Ann Kilcoyne.
Wanda touched all of our lives with her unconditional love and genuine acceptance. To know her was to love her. She was a member of the Assembly of God.
She is survived by two sons, James Haile and wife Mary of Springdale and Thomas Haile of Bull Shoals; a daughter; Doris Schwartzberg and husband Moshe of Warwick, N.Y.; three brothers, Carmen Young of Elm Springs, Gerald Young and wife Pat of Elkins and Russell Young and wife Marge of Elm Springs; five grandchildren, Jody Haile, Kerrie Haile, Jeff Haile, Amy Fotino and Sarah Priest; six great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday, April 27 at Moore's Chapel in Fayetteville, online at www.moorefuneralchapel.com. The Rev. R. Dean Jones will officiate.
Burial will be in White Oak Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 4 to 6 p.m. Thursday at Moore's.
"Her hands are folded one over the other. Resting in peace are the hands of our mother. Now they are at peace after a job well done, the precious hands of a most loved one."
