FAYETTEVILLE — The Rev. George Clarence Bayley Jr., 71, of Fayetteville died March 29, 2004, at Washington Regional Medical Center in Fayetteville. He was born Oct. 30, 1932, in Okmulgee, Okla., to George Clarence Bayley Sr. and Essie Faye Jones Bayley. He was a former pastor in area churches and was a carpenter. He was an Army veteran of the Korean War.
Survivors include his wife, Geraldine Dolly Waits Bayley; one son, Ricky Bayley of Springdale, one daughter, Debbie Fanning and husband Mike of Springdale; four grandsons; four great-granddaughters.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Moore's Chapel in Fayetteville. Burial will be in White Oak Cemetery near Wheeler.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.

SPRINGDALE — Geraldine Bayley, 72, of Springdale died Wednesday, Jan. 9, 2013, at Westwood Health and Rehabilitation Center in Springdale. She was born Nov. 21, 1940, in Greenland, Ark., to Jay Clinton and Melinda Oma Johnson Waits.
Geraldine greatly loved the Lord, her grandchildren and her dog, Abby.
She was preceded in death by her husband, George Bayley in 2004; and several brothers and sisters.
She is survived by two children, Ricky Bayley, and Debbie Fanning and husband, Mike, all of Springdale; one brother, Leon Waits and wife, Barbara, of Farmington; four grandsons and four great-granddaughters.
Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Monday, Jan. 14, at Heritage Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will be at White Oak Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
