Wife of M H Smith
July 17, 1915 - April 23, 1970
Funeral services for Mrs. Carrie Jean (Hall) Smith, 54 of Stephens were held Friday at 2 p.m. at the Church of Christ in Stephens. Mrs. Smith was the wife of Marvin Smith, and a member of a prominent Stephens family. She died Thursday morning at her home. Besides her husband, she is survived by one daughter, Mary Jane Smith of the home, two sisters, Mrs. Lucille Allen of Memphis and Mrs. Hazel Jenkins of Stephens; one brother, J. D. Hall, Jr., of Stephens and was an aunt of James F. Smith of Camden. Smith Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. (Camden News - April 27, 1970)
