Fred A. Kelley, 66, of Stephens died Tuesday night in a Camden hospital. His survivors include his widow, Mrs. Belva Kelley of Stephens; a son, Fred Davis of Natchez, Miss.; a daughter, Mrs. Mary Frances Smart of Stephens; three brothers, one sister, and five grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at the First Baptist Church of Stephens. Interment will be in the Stephens Cemetery under the direction of the Camden Funeral Home. The family will be at the home of Mrs. Smart in Stephens. (The El Dorado Times - January 19, 1966)
