INDIANAPOLIS — Norma Jean Gammon Pierce, 84, died Nov. 16, 2008. She was born Sept. 16, 1924, in Decatur to William Henry and Nancy Ellen Riley Gammon.
She was a data processor with Block's Department Store.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Lawson F. Pierce.
Survivors include two sons, Michael Pierce of Shelbyville, Ind., Ronald Pierce of Colorado; her brother, George Gammon of Arkansas; her sister, Lavina Wallace of Rogers; two grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be at 11 a.m. today at Falling Springs Cemetery near Decatur. Evertt Scott will officiate.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Falling Springs Church, P.O. Box 325, Decatur, 72722.
Arrangements are by Wasson Funeral Home in Siloam Springs.
