Mrs. Annie May Turman, 78-year-old resident of Siloam Springs, died Wednesday morning at the Siloam Springs Memorial Hospital after an extended illness.
Mrs. Turman was born December 25, 1898, near Siloam Springs, and she had been a lifetime resident of this area.
She was a member of the Gum Springs Baptist Church.
Survivors include: one daughter, Miss Mary Frances Turman of Siloam Springs; three sisters, Mrs. Ruby Sisk, Mrs. Eula Layne, and Mrs. Ada Roberts all of Siloam Springs.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m., Friday at the Pyeatte Chapel with the Rev. Bruce Holland officiating.
Burial was in the Weddington Cemetery under the direction of the Pyeatte Funeral Service.
