Jackie Newt Boyle, 73 year old lifetime resident of Gentry, Arkansas, died August 1, 2014 at his home. Born March 31, 1941 in Gentry, he was the son of G.W. Boyle and Pearl Taylor Boyle. Jackie married Patty Jane Holt on August 3, 1968 in Siloam Springs, Arkansas. He worked as a U.S.D.A. Poultry Inspector and was an Army Veteran.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
He is survived by his wife, Patty Boyle of Gentry; one son, Thomas Jack Boyle and wife Erica of Centerton, Arkansas; one daughter, Tammy Smith and fiancée Terry Skaggs of Centerton; two brothers, George Boyle of Noel, Missouri, and Claude “Tiny” Boyle of Gentry; one sister, Marie Farmer of Gentry; seven grandchildren: Jackson Bennett and fiancée Kenda Cripps, Nick Smith, Ben Boyle, Sam Boyle, Garrett Smith, Hadley Harris, and Emerson Boyle; and two great grandchildren, Gunner Bennett and Beau Davis.
Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m., Monday, August 4, 2014 at Wasson Funeral Home, Siloam Springs with Mr. Larry Ellis officiating. Burial will follow at Falling Springs Cemetery, near Decatur, Arkansas. Visitation will be 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., Sunday, August 3, 2014 at Wasson Funeral Home, Siloam Springs.
