Melinda Jean Bryan, 42, a resident of Prairie Grove, Arkansas, passed away May 12, 2009 at her home in Prairie Grove, Arkansas. She was born November 23, 1966 in Fayetteville, Arkansas, the daughter of Rusty and Betty Jean Hyden Smith.
She attended the Abundant Life Church in Farmington, Arkansas. Melinda was the most kind hearted person, she loved her family very much and would have given all she had to help someone in need. She was the best friend anyone could ask for.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Survivors include one son, Rusty McGalard and one daughter, Zoey McGalard both of Valdese, North Carolina; two brothers, Frankie Smith and Billie Smith, both of Prairie Grove, Arkansas; two sisters, Bertie Smith and Tracie Watts both of Prairie Grove, Arkansas.
Family will have a memorial service Friday, May 15, 2009 - 10:00 A.M. at the Abundant Life Church in Farmington, Arkansas with Lance Arquilla officiating. Burial was in the Prairie Grove Cemetery in Prairie Grove, Arkansas.
