Mary Lou Fultz, 60, of Ozark, Arkansas died December 11, 2014, in Fort Smith, Arkansas, seven days before her 61st birthday. She was a homemaker and attended Fernwood Assembly of God Church in Hartman, Arkansas. Mary was born in Kansas City, Kansas on December 18, 1953. She is preceded in eternal life by her parents, Harley Herman and Marie Doss McCallister, and sister Sharon Kay Crouch.
She is survived by husband Jesse Bert Fultz, four children, Travis Shawn Fultz, Jesse Ryan Fultz, Kristy Ann Fultz, and Timothy Wayne Fultz; daughter-in-law Michelle Fultz; son-in-law Johnny Hufford; five grandchildren, Addyson and Allyson Fultz, Justin Hite, John Hufford, and Autumn McCartney; a sister Brenda Farmer; and two brothers Marvin and Glenn Casey.
Funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm Tuesday, December 16, 2014 at Fernwood Assembly of God Church in Hartman, Arkansas with Reverend David Willis officiating, and burial at Highland Cemetery in Ozark, under direction of Shaffer Funeral Home of Ozark.
Serving as pallbearers are Jesse, Ryan, Timmy, Shawn and Larry Fultz and Randy Allen. Honorary pallbearers are Don Farmer, Johnny Hufford, Steve, Mike and Jason Crouch, Jerry, Addyson, and Allyson Fultz, John Ross, Justin Hite John Hufford, Autumn McCartney and John Wisdom.
The family will visit with friends from 6:00 until 8:00 PM Monday, December 15, 2014 at Shaffer Funeral Home, 2315 West Commercial in Ozark
