Springdale — Cason Virgil Stutts, 69, of Route 4, Springdale, died this morning in a Springdale hospital. A farmer, he was born Sept. 25, 1895 in Tennessee. He was a member of the Baptist Church.

Survivors include the widow, Mary Edna of the home; three sons, E.V. of Hindsville, John Edward of Springdale and Gary of the U.S. Air Force in Kirksville, Mo.; three daughters, Mrs. Bill Nichols of Kansas City, Kan., Mrs. Arby Jewell Smith of Booneville, Ark. and Mrs. L.M. McWilliams of Kansas City, Mo.; three sisters, Mrs. Nellie Anglin of Fayetteville, Mrs. Lucy Wolf of McGee, Miss. and Mrs. Madgie Bachuss of Lancaster, Calif.; eighteen grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Funeral arrangements will be announced by Callison-Sisco Funeral Home.
