Edna Marie Blumhorst Smith, 91, widow of John R. Smith, died Friday, Feb. 6, 2015, at Baptist Health-Little Rock. She was a homemaker and member of Zion Lutheran Church.Besides her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by three sisters, Alma Blumhorst, Olga Hollanger and Ann Earlywine.Survivors are two sons, Donnie Ray Smith (Sammy) of Florida and Jerry Smith (Carol) of Ulm; two daughters, Dianne Chlapecka (Charles) and Betty Buell (Clyde) of Stuttgart; 10 grandchildren Allison Bussone (Marc) of Franklin, Tennessee, DeAnne Dickson (Chris) and Jason Smith (Cheryl) of Stuttgart, Kerri Dudeck (Pat) of Heber Springs, John Chlapecka (Jamie) of Stuttgart, Tammy Gordon (Marty) of Hot Springs, Lisa Skinner (David) of Stuttgart, Marty Knoll (Steve) of Stuttgart, Meagan Lieber (Justin) of Benton and John Buell of Stuttgart; 23 great-grandchildren, Elaina and Isla Bussone, Kaylee and Dee Dickson, Jaycie and Jonathan Smith, Lauren, Seth and Rowe Dudeck, Landon and Ava Chlapecka, Josh and Jacob Hamdrick, Monica and Alec Gordon, Tara Shook (Cody), Hannah Covington (Jeremy), Abby Richards, Alyssa Lloyd (Chad), Drew Knoll, Holden and Jonah Lieber and Abby Prislovsky; and 10 great-great-grandchildren, Braylon, Meyah and Makenzie Gordon, Lola Kate and Hattie Shook, Ava and Beau Covington, Khloe and Gracey Lloyd and Eli Prislovsky.Graveside services were at 10:30 a.m. Monday at Zion Lutheran Cemetery followed by visitation.Memorials may be made to Zion Lutheran Cemetery road fund.
