Mrs. R. E. Wells, 85, of Route 6, died at her home Saturday. She was the former Rena Rhine, born at Berryville, Aug. 28, 1879, the daughter of Isaac and Mary Conley Rhine.
Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. James Walker of Fayetteville and Mrs. John Wilber of Gravette; a step-son, Sylvester Wells of Van Buren; two sisters, Mrs. Jim Bowling of Prairie Grove and Mrs. Lilli Beeks of Farmington and 18 grandchildren.
Funeral will he at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Watson Montuary; burial in White Oak Cemetery.
