Martha Ann Gregory was born in Green Co. Tenn. January 13, 1834 and died June 8, 1904 at her daughter's house at Falling Springs, Benton County, Ark. Sister Gregory was converted in early life, joined the Methodist Episcopal Church and lived a christian life until she passed over the river of death. She was laid away in the cemetery at Falling Springs to await the Resurrection Morn. There was a large concourse of relatives and friends attended the burial service. The writer conducted the funeral service and was much affected at the great number of sorrowing relatives that attended. J. S. Hackler.
