FOX, Iris Valgene CUNNINGHAM - Mrs. Iris Valgene Fox, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. V.P. Cunningham, was born June 30, 1883 in Scotland county, Missouri. At the age of 19 she confessed her faith in Christ and was a devoted Christian to the end of her life. She was married October 4, 1911 to John 0. Fox at Mountain Grove, Mo. and to this union were born three children, two boys and one girl. Those of her relatives surviving are: a father and mother, Mr. and Mrs. V.P. Cunningham, and a twin sister, Mrs. Vivian Holloway. The funeral was held in the First Christian Church with the minister, Rev. J. Watson Shockley, officiating. Interment was in the City cemetery. The deceased was held in high esteem in the church, social and lodge circles as was evidenced by the beautiful floral offerings. Her presence will be missed by the church, the Study Club and the Eastern Star. These organizations attended her funeral in a body.

FOX, infant - Born Sunday to Mr. and Mrs. J.O. Fox, a boy and a girl. The little girl died within a few hours but the boy is still alive. Mrs. Fox is in a very serious condition and the worst has been feared for several days.

The infant children of Mr. and Mrs. J.O. Fox were buried Friday, the second of the twins, a boy, having died Wednesday. The condition of Mrs. Fox is now more encouraging and it is thought she will recover if there are no unforeseen complications.
