Imolene Slayden, 96 of Saffell, passed away Friday July 15, 2022 at NEA Baptist Hospital.

She was born July 8, 1926 in Saffell, AR to Robert and Zona Callahan.

Imolene work in a factory as well as a bakery later retiring from both.

Imolene was preceded in death by her grandparents; parents, Robert and Zona Callahan; husband, Floyd Slayden; brother, RD Callahan and an infant brother.

She is survived by her daughter, Rita Drake; son, Randall Slayden; sister-in-law, Libby Callahan; granddaughter, Lisha (Shane) Foust; grandsons, Todd Drake and Brian Slayden; great-granddaughter, Heaven Foust; great-grandson, Destyn Drake; Niece, Samantha (Heath) Davis; Nephews, Bob & Dan Callahan; 6 Great Nieces & Nephews and 1 Great-Great Nephew.

Funeral Service will be held Friday July 22, 2022 @ 1:30 at the House-Gregg Funeral Home with Don House Officiating. . Burial will be held at Union Cemetery in Cord, AR following the funeral service under direction of House-Gregg Funeral Home of Walnut Ridge & Lynn, AR.
