Irene Biggs Hardy Scroggins, of Greenbrier, born July 12, 1918, went to be with the Lord on the 9th day of September, 2014.

Irene was a faithful member of Bethlehem Baptist Church and loved to worship there.

She was the number one Razorback fan on Horseshoe Mountain and enjoyed a personal relationship with several of the players and coaches over the years. She wore her Razorback red until the day of her passing.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Sheridan and Mona McKaskle Biggs; a son, Billy Hardy; two husbands, Hoyt Hardy and Jess Scroggins; and a sister, Mildred Hankins.

She is survived by son, Kirk Hardy and wife Peggy of Damascus; four grandchildren, Vicky Rogers and her husband Danny of Mayflower, Waverly Hardy of Greenbrier, Randy Hardy and wife Holly of Greenbrier and Shane Hardy and wife Sheila of Damascus; four great-grandchildren, Taylor Williams, Tyler Hardy, Hannah Hardy, and Lacey Hardy.

Services:
Services will be held at Bethlehem Baptist Church on Thursday, September 11, 2014 at 2:00 PM with visitation one hour before the service. Bro. Martin Jameson will conduct the service. Burial will be at Bethlehem Cemetery. Pallbearers are Jim Hardy, Terry Mac Howard, Rickey Watson, Frank Burgess, Nicky Mahan, and Derb Stone. Honorary pallbearers are Sidney Moncrief, Eddie Sutton, and Nolan Richardson.
